Pickup Policy

Effective Date: March 2, 2026

We currently offer pickup only for fresh microgreens at designated locations within select Texas areas. Home delivery is not currently available. We do not ship products outside of Texas.

Pickup Locations

Pickup is available at no additional charge from designated locations in Huntsville, Spring, and The Woodlands. Pickup locations and their scheduled windows are displayed during checkout and on your account page.

Pickup locations are typically at farmers markets or partner locations. Pickup locations and times are subject to change. If a schedule change affects your active subscription, you will be notified by email.

Pickup Windows

Each pickup location has a designated time window. You are responsible for retrieving your order within that window. We are not responsible for orders that are not retrieved during the scheduled pickup window.

Pickup windows are estimates and may vary slightly due to operational or scheduling factors. We aim to have all orders ready at the start of the pickup window.

Order Timing & Fulfillment

We are a grow-to-order operation. When a subscription invoice is charged, that is when we begin growing your order. You pay before we start the grow. Invoices are charged approximately one week before the harvest date. The harvest date is either your pickup date or the day before, depending on the event. We aim to harvest all orders within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup to ensure maximum freshness.

Subscription items are grouped into invoices based on the grow-cycle lead time of each product. Products with the same lead time are billed on the same invoice; products with different lead times produce separate invoices on different billing dates. You can view your upcoming invoice schedule in the cart summary before subscribing and on your subscription page.

Pickup Issues

Any issues with your pickup order must be reported within 24 hours. Resolution of pickup issues, including potential refunds or credits, is governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
