Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how recurring subscriptions work when you purchase microgreens from Nourish Green LLC ("Nourish Green," "we," "us," or "our"). By starting a subscription on our website, you agree to this Subscription Policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
How Subscriptions Work
We offer subscriptions only — one-time orders are not available. Our subscriptions provide recurring pickups of fresh microgreens at the frequency you select, such as weekly or bi-weekly. Delivery is not currently available — all orders are fulfilled through pickup only.
Each subscription is tied to a single pickup point. When creating a subscription, you will:
- Select a pickup location
- Select one or more products and quantities
- Choose a pickup frequency per item (weekly or bi-weekly)
- Provide a payment method through our payment processor, Stripe
Stripe securely stores your payment method and processes recurring subscription charges on our behalf. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Grow-to-Order
We grow specifically for each order. When a subscription invoice is generated and charged, that is the signal for us to begin growing your order. You are billed before we start the grow, and your microgreens are harvested and brought to your pickup fresh.
Billing and Invoice Grouping
By starting a subscription, you authorize Nourish Green LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method for your subscription invoices.
Subscription items are grouped into invoices based on the grow-cycle lead time of each product. Items with the same lead time are billed together on the same invoice; items with different lead times produce separate invoices. For example, broccoli (2-week lead time) and radish (2-week lead time) will appear on the same invoice. Broccoli and cilantro (3-week lead time) will produce separate invoices because their lead times differ.
Each invoice is charged approximately one week before the harvest date. The harvest date is either the same day as your pickup or the day before, depending on the pickup event. We aim to harvest all orders within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup to ensure maximum freshness.
You can view your upcoming invoice schedule in the cart summary before subscribing, and on your subscription detail page at any time.
Once an invoice is generated and charged, no refunds will be issued.
There are no pickup fees. Raw agricultural products are exempt from Texas sales tax.
Consent to Recurring and Off-Session Charges
By subscribing, you provide ongoing authorization for Nourish Green LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your presence at the time of each charge ("off-session charges"), until you cancel your subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage all subscriptions at any time from your account page. From there you can:
- Edit item quantities or pickup frequency
- Remove an item from your subscription
- Skip an upcoming order
- Pause your subscription
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
Pausing and Skipping Orders
You may pause your subscription or skip individual upcoming orders from your account page. Changes must be made before the invoice is generated to take effect for that order.
Pausing your subscription does not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for — those will still be fulfilled at your pickup location. Pausing only prevents new invoices from being generated going forward.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by contacting us.
Cancellations take effect immediately and prevent future invoices from being generated. Canceling does not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for — those will still be fulfilled. No refunds are issued for invoices that have already been charged.
Changes to Subscriptions and Pricing
You may update your subscription preferences, such as quantity or frequency, through your account page.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If pricing changes affect your subscription, we will notify you by email in advance. Your subscription may be paused until you confirm whether you wish to continue under the updated pricing.
Pickup Timing
Pickup windows are displayed at checkout and on your account page. You are responsible for retrieving your order during the designated pickup window. We are not responsible for orders that are not retrieved during the pickup window.
We may adjust pickup days and times for subscription orders based on operational needs. If an active subscription is affected by a schedule change, we will notify you by email.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, subscription charges are non-refundable once an order has been placed. In limited cases involving damaged or incorrect orders due to our error, we may issue a credit or refund at our discretion if reported promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective as of the updated effective date posted on this page.
